I read multiple reviews about customers complaining about their vehicles being damaged and thought I'd give them a go myself. Boy was I disappointed. Came back from our holiday and our new vehicle less than a year old was scraped at the front. I was asked to send them pictures and they promised to follow it up. They promised they'd give me compensation after getting a couple of quotes, which I offered. However, nearly 4 months on I've still got a scrape on my vehicle and no compensation. They are never in the office and feel free to leave about a million messages, with no result.
If you want your vehicle unharmed, DO NOT PARK YOUR VEHICLE with them.
We have used these guys , multiple times a year, for the past 4 years, for both leisure and work and have previously been very happy with them.
HOWEVER, the last time we parked we came back to an 8 cm scratch to the side of the car. The scratch was so deep the metal from the door now shows. Upon advising the management of what had happened, they informed us that since they were not panel beaters, they were "not qualified to say it was a new scratch". I have since phoned and email to chase up my complaint and have heard nothing from them.
Very disappointing to see this is how they treat customers, particularly regular ones. We will not be using them again.
Park your cars with CAUTION!!
Dont use ABEL CARPARKING on Nudgee Road either. We left the car with them for a week and came back to paint rubbed off the front corner above the light. It was rubbed right back to the plastic bumper. Definately not done prior to leaving it there (the car is just on a year old). Sent them an email including pics and they couldnt be bothered replying. So we make sure everyone knows now!
