I'm an ex-tenant, it took Rebecca ages to process my end of the lease in order to refund the bond. And super prompt before signing the lease, after that, all of the maintenance issues would not be the main purpose for them.
Claiming some damages that we haven't seen (manager and myself) on the final inspection day after more than a month while waiting on the bond.
Please do your job well, a home is a place to be for us who are renting, it is not just a place where costs us so much problems and stress
0 out of 5 stars, simply because they won't fix stuff in your property as a renter (even if you didn't cause the problem) they only seem to care about getting someone into the property not the maintenance of it, unfortunately it often means you have to deal with have something that doesn't work, even if you weren't aware until after moving in, wouldn't rent through them again, buying maybe different but i don't know?
