Customer service and the reception are shocking. They could make you wait for 1.5hrs past your appointment time.

Doctors are really nice but the waiting time is just hillarious. I have been there couple of times after having an appointment I waited there for atleast 45 minutes each time.

Its been twice that i have to wait too long to be looked after. I had an appointment booked but still had to wait for more than an hour.

Do not even look that way. Inefficient reception staff. No management at front. I would have waited more as I was in severe pain if the reception staff wouldn't have shrugged shoulders after they made me waiti 45 min in pain and that too when I had appointment. Completely appalling behavior . Would not even recommend anyone
