I can help you improve your English writing , reading, listening and speaking skills.
I am a highly qualified and experienced teacher of English. I have a Ph.D., M.Phil and M.A. in English, a CELTA (Cambridge Certificate in Teaching English Language to Adults), plus a Post Graduate Certificate in Writing, Editing and Publishing from UQ, and am keen to share my knowledge and expertise with you
I can read and write English phonetic script. This is a great help in learning to pronounce correctly.
I have a sound knowledge of Grammar, which is absolutely essential to the study of written and spoken language.
I have 15 years experience of teaching English overseas and in Australia during which I have taught tertiary and non-tertiary students as well as ESL (English as a Second language) to non-native speakers, with excellent results. I have tutored for a postgraduate course on Professional communications at UQ.
I also have experience in preparing students for IELTS and editing assignments.

Availability:
Students: Grade 6 onwards
ESL students- any age group

Days: Monday to Friday (10am to 6pm)
Saturday and Sunday (10am to 1pm)

Rates: $40 per person per hour
$35 per hour for groups of two

Location: Indooroopilly, Mt. Ommaney, Jindalee or any other suitable venue
