Avoid this company. Disgracefully poor customer service, and, quite frankly, the most incompetent cleaners i've ever dealt with.
Booked regular clean $80 for 1 hr (including $10 extra to change linen + balcony sweep). First time, seemed like cleaners had never changed sheets before - duvet cover was put as base sheet on mattress, bins werent changed either. Put on dishwasher and broke it. Balcony not swept.
Second time put the dishwasher on with one plate inside and broke it again. Didnt wash up dirty plates in sink - or load into dishwasher either. Didnt sweep balcony, despite me telling them when they arrived to do so. Contacted the owner of the company to inform her, and I was told that they will no longer continue the job because it was too stressful. Unbelievable extortion of money for shoddy service. Very disappointing indeed.
Avoid this cleaner at all costs. Hands down worst customer experience I've ever had. Failed to complete clean, unprofessional and rude during follow up. I spent 3 hours cleaning after they left to get house up to basic standard. Later got a series of weirdly abusive text messages from manager, despite him acknowledging they'd done a bad job. Half a star because I couldn't give no stars.
