Crap service, damaged my car in transit, denied responsibility, rude, delayed delivery and over priced. Don't do it to yourself!

Door to door delivery paid for and they were not the cheapest quote nor the quickest but were recommended by my car dealer. Did not deliver by due date. Car sat in their depot for 6 days and they would not allow them to collect the car, nor could they advise when it would be delivered. The person who answers the phone was rude, aggressive and refused to give any information about the car and it's delivery. They clearly did not have any customer service skills. When I advised them my car had been sitting in the depot for days their response was, who told you that? you are not supposed to have that information! Excuse me but I own the car. I pre-paid you to deliver it within the agreed 7 days and you refuse to discuss or allow the owner to collect. Delivered eventually on day 13. When I complained I was told well its all good in the end, at least you got your car. I won't use this company again and would not wish any people in my network to experience such poor service.
