Pro Bond Cleaning

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE...LOOK ELSEWHERE.
I should have looked at these comments before hiring this company to do our bond clean because it seems so many people have had a similar situation to us.
We hired Probond for a bond clean and carpet clean.
We were charged for an extra 3 hours 'due to the condition of the house'.
We paid for it thinking they really needed it but when the realestate agent did the exit inspection, it was basically not touched by the cleaners.

Cleaners don't work for Pro Bond - all contracted out to amateur cleaners without the right equipment.
Charge extra hours without staying extra - on top of being overpriced.
Cleans are about 30% complete - we had parts of the clean completely missing, dirt marks over the walls, even on the bench tops which I could wipe over. The next cleaner organised by the PM rectified it all in 1-2 hours, and from my perspective of seeing both cleans they did more than Pro Bond.
****They do not have a bond back guarantee - they just say they do but it's just them "coming back" to rectify - if it's still not up to scratch or you run out of time before your move out date (all dependant on cleaner availability,) then it's not their responsibility. PM's want cleans done a day or two before your move out date so there is minimal dust and wear for the new tenant, so this plays perfectly into their fake "guarantee."
Just don't even bother with this business - they'll be shut soon.

Seond time we have use Pro Bond Cleaning Brisbane now. The first time we had to ask them to come back as the real estate wanted the blidns cleaned again, but they returned the next day and fixed it! Very thankful. Last week was our second time and was very easy to book and deal with. No issues on the job done and they arrived on time. We were really disappointed with this company. We had these guys come to clean our apartment ready to be rented out and unfortunately it was not a very good job. The floors were not done (they didnt even bring a mop). The big items that we paid extra for (fridge and washing machine) were not moved to clean under or around. They ended up sending a second lot of cleaners who again showed up with little cleaning equipment (no mop) and did a little bit of work with very little enthusiasm. We ended up doing the floors and the balcony ourselves. I was eventually refunded for some of the work that they didn't do, it was a long drawn out process though and i actually think that we should have been refunded for more as the place was still rather dirty.

I would not recommend this company to anyone at all. They will not only do a poor clean, but they will damage your property significantly and not take ownership for it afterward. They are dishonest with poor communication, not to mention overpriced for a quick 'in and out' job with many people working at a time. Stick with your loyal bond cleaners - do not fall for the 'Bond Back Guarantee'. You will be left to fix the damage caused by these people!
