It is with regret I have to report I have had similar issues. After a promising start I am without a complete joinery fitout. No action for four months. Some materials are showing signs of failure. Fittings incomplete. Measurements inaccurate and communication poor. I thought I would have a fantastic joinery fitout in my house but I am left with unfinished work and unserviceable surfaces. Very disheartening. Not recommended.
not recommended at all. they designed my kitchen in Midway point- during construction i found out that they have changed the design. After moving to house I noticed that there are a few defects with a few pieces in the kitchen- After almost 7 months i am still waiting for someone to fix them..
