very rude, charged me double of what was quoted plus broke a piece of my interior.
Not recommend!

I am travelling from WA and broke down on the freeway with an overheating problem. It was 11am on Saturday when I asked if someone could give me a pressure test to find the problem. A major problem was found.The mechanic made a temporary fix and immediately ordered a new radiator so that he would get the part as soon as possible.I took the car back on Monday and was hopeful to get it back by Tuesday evening.To my surprise the car was fixed by Tuesday morning at 8 am.
The courtesy and caring manner Bill and his staff displayed to a customer that may never be back was outstanding.

Brought in my car yesterday to get new brake pads and rotors machined. Did exactly what was needed and nothing more for a very reasonable price. Drove the car into Melbourne this morning and it seems they did a perfectly good job. Very happy!

I have been using Pro Repair Group in Gell St Bacchus Marsh since they started their business in 2000. Bill , Michael and staff have always been courteous, fairly priced and very prompt. I have had a variety of cars serviced and repaired at pro repair and these include , Holden Calais, Holden VE ute, Pajero, and Range Rover. The staff at Pro Repair are very professional and proficient mechanics and I would recommend them to anyone looking to have their vehicles serviced and or repaired

Overpriced and rude , Wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
