My father in law has been waiting for the completion of his house now for nearly three years. Carpet has just gone down today after nearly 5 months waiting and that has been pretty much it. Next is maybe the blinds that were measured up months ago also!!!! I’m really not sure how else I can get this moving now. There is about 9 days of labour to go I think. But is going to take forever. No response on email or phone calls for any update....
Stay away from Turnkey Homes/Pro-struct if you value your money and sanity. A 6 month build took over 3 years and once handover done they don't want to know you or defects or omissions. Consultation nil. Customer service usually indicates how a business values its customers. Pro-struct has ZERO customer service as can be read throughout all the reviews.
My story is the same as all the other reviews here. My land titled October 2014. The whole building experience since then has been extremely stressful. I contacted Consumer Affairs months ago. Prostruct completely ignored the letters that were sent to them.
I have now received an invoice from Prostruct requesting payment for fixed stage of my build. My house is not even close to fixed stage as per my contract. In fact they haven't completed work that should have been done prior to lock-up.
I receive no communication from anyone. Devastating experience financially.
I emailed A Current Affair today and would like to encourage everyone else who have posted reviews to do the same.
This is exactly what has happened with mine. I am now at the stage where I'm considering picketing at their display homes...
This is exactly what I did too. I signed with Turnkey and then got this Prostruct mob, whom I'd never heard of and now I know why...
Hi ljames26 good luck picketing them apparently they don't re open the displays till end of February. I've called numerous times for no answer no replies to emails in over a month I've tried calling both David and Michelle no return calls. Absolutely hopeless they are we haven't even been given our drawing yet and they have been telling us they would come from march last year. They make up excuses every time. Then just before the land titles came they said we where on the back burner really didn't know what to say as we wanted to start as soon as possible everything from our end is ready except for the oven.
Measles, if I were you and you havent paid a huge deposit, i would cut my losses and get out!! I wish we could!!

Same story as everyone else. Land titled June 2015 have done nothin. Display home people said you are in the hands of the builder have never heard from them , starting to think they don't exist. Went to a solicitor , got out of the contract , lost my deposit though , not happy about that . But am now with another builder and the build will start in late January. I'm building in Cranbourne East. Wished I d have read the reviews before signing . Hope others read these reviews and don't sign with them
