Pro Train Indoor Bootcamps are the fastest and most fun method of Building Muscle and Burning Fat. Max 10 people per class to ensure personal attention and unrivalled value!Pro Train Fitness is a private gym located on Flinders street, Darlinghurst in Sydney.
The gym specialises in providing a unique bootcamp focused on building lean muscle and burning fat - FAST!
The Bootcamp program runs for 12 weeks and is broken up into four, 3 week cycles. As a member you will complete 3 sessions a week at $120pw.
The camp includes;
- Boxing & Body Weight Conditioning
- Weights Circuits & Interval Cardio
- Kickboxing & Functional Resistance
- High Intensity Circuits
Each cycle runs for three weeks and then changes to keep your body guessing. This ensures your metabolism keeps burning at the highest possible rate while you enjoy the benefits sooner.
The Gym itself provides huge advantages for participating members. No sessions are lost to wet weather or poor light conditions. This prevents participants from losing motivation (a very common problem when training outdoors in the elements). Consistency is the key in achieving results - particularly when building a physique, changing your shape and burning fat. The risk of injury is much higher on uneven surfaces, cold and wet environments and in large groups with minimal trainer attention.

I've been training at Pro Train about a year now, I started out thinking it was going to be a 12 week bootcamp to kickstart my year but quickly changed my mind.

Pro Train is the kind of studio that I like. Its private, friendly, with high knowledgeable and dedicated trainers. I have been training at Pro Train for a year and I have healthier than I have been in a long time. The programs are great and you still will be able to learn and train some boxing as part of the program! Lots of fun and calorie burning.
You will feel comfortable regardless of your fitness level, Cameron and Tracey will take care of you. They are both very inspiring people and trainers. And you will feel that you just want to have more!

I have been training at Pro Train since August last year. In that time I have seen Pro Train develop from a simple outdoor training group to an epic fully equipped Gym.
Pro Train isnt like any other training group. Cam has a philosophy to only train like minded people. I joined Pro train about 8 months ago, starting with personal training and then moving onto the Boot camps. Cam is amazing. He has such a positive, motivating energy that quickly rubs off, he works his absolute hardest to help you achieve the results you want, if you're happy he's happy.
