My name is Steve Bailey-Brown and I'm a Human Dynamics Facilitator, which means that I'm like a personality expert, personal improvement coach and people whisperer - all rolled into one.

My unique research has enabled me to develop tools that help people to see how they can finally understand ... and then deal with, major problems in their lives and their relationships. My highly specific personality profiling and process mapping skills allow me to teach people the 'how to' of effective problem solving in three key areas - people, communication and processes. I provide specialised counselling, life skills coaching and business process mapping. In addition, I offer a number of training sessions in key areas - communication skills, problem solving skills, assertiveness training, goal setting and attainment, just to name a few.
