Rude and unhelpful my partner took my antique engagement ring to be repaired and cleaned which they said couldn't be fixed whilst talking to them kept saying 'you people'. I went in later date after taking my ring to Jewellers across the road which had no problem fixing it to complain and apparently got told don't care. When I told them I would put it on net and make it known they said that fine. Obviously don't need our business
