I just wanted to get a tyre fitted that i already had only to be told no by the arrogant owner because i didn't buy the tyre from them and there's no profit. Offered to pay double but he was more interested in his lunch. No at doulble price really. I think he should go back to school and learn what the word service means. Anyway 50m down the road is sydney motorcycles who were more than helpful and great service problem solved i will never return to Pro Cycles.

I have no complaints about the shop itself or the service they provide, however, the shop manager, Anthony, is without a doubt the least friendly and helpful person on the planet. I happily travel much further to service my bike elsewhere just to avoid him, and until he's succeeded by the friendly younger bloke that balances him out a bit, I'd recommend you do the same.

Procycles Hornsby used to be bad, but few recent visits showed me otherwise. Couple new people, they have great knowledge, happy to help. Hope they will be continuing in this spirit.

Have purchased 2 bikes from them over the last 5 years. All servicing done by their workshop (major items = 5 annual services, various accessories fitted, 1 clutch, 2 headset bearings, normal servicing components and a new head on a g650gs under warrenty). Quality wise - have only had one loose bolt of a piece of fairing on the 1200gs over the 5 years otherwise everything else has been spot on.



Would recommend them!

Triumph Triple

1000km first service: Engine oil deficient by 1.2 litres, Seat not put back on properly, None of the bolts on the bike tightened up, Accelerator cable squeezed between other

cables and not returning properly (overlooked), Water sprayed into indicator switch

causing it to fail.
