I not only had my fingers cut in 8 different places by the technician while doing a simple re-fil of my nails (to the point that it dripped of my pinkey finger) but I also then developed a massive infection a day later!!!!... the nails had to be cut off and then the acrylic filed off on 2 fingers, it was agonising. I had puss oozing out from around the nail in all areas. The doctor said if the anti-biotics couldnt get it under control I faced possibly having my real nails surgically removed and the infection washed out!!!...luckily the antbiotics worked, however when I went back and complained they instantly paid my medical bills and they had the cheque book just sitting under the counter with a claims for next to it.... Another friend of mine had a similiar story but with a pedicure...my review....DON'T GO TO THEM !!!!!!!
