Good grief, what a disaster. All I wanted was a French polish on my existing nails (nothing complicated like acrylics or anything), something I've had done at numerous other salons without an issue. The staff member who served me was rude from the beginning, telling me multiple times (with an edge creeping into her voice the last time) to sit down at a station that was clearly being blocked by someone else's shopping trolley. She finally put me somewhere else, then proceeded to file my nails down really short and in a bizarre, asymmetrical shape. While she was doing the second hand, I looked at the results of my first hand and the nails weren't even filed smoothly. The whole time she was doing this, she kept trying to upsell me to a shellac polish ($40 vs $25 for a regular manicure). Wow, I said no the first time -- so stop harping on it! My favourite nail salon in Sydney, see Kathy every time I go, she is polite, a complete perfectionist, friendly & so talented at what she does. She never lets me leave the store unless I'm happy. She is a fantastic asset to the shop & the reason why I keep going back.

Had a cnd nail shellec there, the paint job was not good (not even). I asked the nail tech not to cut my cuticles and they were like Why?. Well, i was growing up watching my aunt cutting people's cuticles and know for the fact that the more u cut, the more it will grow. Anyway, i didnt explained my reason to the staff but was shocked at their reaction. Should customers be always right? Was there on Saturday so the shop was quite busy. A lady was upset because she was sitting on the pedicure chair and no onw worked on her for like haft an hour. Another nail tech had problems with painting shellac on a younger lady. The staff ended up having a break on manicure by having a pedicure. The shop has nice decor but you might not a satisfied service because you might get a junior staff to serve u.

This is my preferred nail salon in Hornsby Westfield. They seem to keep appointment times and do a good job.

Always good manicures and pedicures - they take their time, especially for the pedicures. Great gel nails too!
