This nail shop would have to be the worst I have ever been to. The staff member doing my nails had no experience and had no idea of what she was doing. She laughed when she drilled my cuticle causing it to bleed.
after being there for 1.5hrs I had to return 30minutes later as the SNS had lifted. Waste of time and money avoid this place. They are unprofessional,rude and inexperienced.

Very rushed service and they swap workers between clients. I told the first lady I didnt want my nails too short so she filed them a little, and then when the second lady came around she grabbed my hands and proceeded to file them down vigourously and with no care a second time so now I have no nails left. Extremely disappointed as my nails look short, rushed, and terrible. Normally I go to Professionail in Macquarie Centre and they are amazing and look after and chat to their clients. This place is terrible, please be wary of going here - I only got a simple SNS job done with no tips and i'm in awe of how bad it looks, wasn't aware that this was possible to stuff up.

One of the worst experience. Rude people who are not taking care and hurting. Don’t even clean when the nail polish is not applied properly! Only thinking to make as much people as possible by going very fast and as soon as nail polish is applied make u move away to give your chair to someone else whereas it is not even dry! Ruining your moment and leaving upset which is not what you want when you go for this kind of appointment.

If I could give this place no stars I would. I had a couple of acrylic infills done here, which for the price I paid I was happy enough with but they were by no means great. The straw that broke the camels back for me though was when I decided to have my acrylics removed. The nails were filed down, and then the girl proceeded to rip the false nails off by prying at them with a plastic nail tip. She wedged the tip under the nail and would wiggle the nail loose until it was loose enough to rip off. My nails were throbbing with pain so much that at one stage it was unbearable and I had to tell her to stop. My nails are in tatters now. My natural nails have split, so much that half of the nail on one of my index fingers has fallen off. These girls take absolutely no care in their work. They rush through whatever they're doing with you and they swap between clients so much that I think with one of my appointments I had 5 different girls look after me (all I was getting done was an acrylic ...read more

I was excited to try this salon as I always pass by and always busy. But I think they are just busy coz it's in the metro station and they open till 7pm. But service wise, they are rude. Salon should make u feel pampered and relaxed instead they make u feel rushed, and really rude! They keep talking in their language and they probably talking abt you-it happened to me! Well that's what they made me feel. I normally dont write reviews but this one I need to warn other ladies. Go somewhere else. I did mani-pedi and Im not happy with the result. Its all rushed, my nails were cut so short, and they laughed at me when I didnt understand their english. lol! Must just be one of those bad days for me but i'll definitely not recommend this salon!
