I had multiple appointments with the owner Matthew who either did not turn up for appointments or when he did turn up he was late.
The job: flyscreens for a 3 bedroom house
I booked in the flyscreens on 20.4.18 i was told 2 weeks, he did the job 25.5.18
He changed the time on the installation multiple times. Then when he installed them every flyscreen was too small
I advised him of the issues with his work and that the flyscreens were unuseable
He said he would come out and replace the flyscreens (he did not show up)
I asked for a refund which he agreed to however to date I have recieved.
