FRAUD Alert. This business took my deposit and ran. Promissed to deliver, missed 4 appointments, finally attended, cut holes in walls and ceiling, then ran for the hills and never came back. Left me with a house I could not live in, no heating, no cooling, holes everywhere.
FRAUD, total FRAUD.

Terrible experience - after the deposit was paid, the team at "Professional"Heating & Air conditioning installed the wrong sized unit on the wrong wall downstairs and the wrong model unit upstairs. Amateur hour. After numerous attempts at finishing the work they left the job incomplete and refused to refund the deposit. The principal of the business has form; he is restrained from accepting pre-payments for the installation of heating and cooling systems until 2024. Avoid avoid avoid
I can't recommend these guys highly enough. As always my old central heater died on a Saturday morning. Ian answered the call and I had Mick out here in a few days. With the heater being 20 years old, I was given a price to repair and a price to replace. I chose to replace given that in my opinion, no point fixing an old heater rather get a new heater being more beneficial. For an extra 30-40% I considered it a sound investment. Given the size of the old and new unit, Mick explained the process that roof tiles had to be removed. I appreciated his honesty and simplified explanation of the process to me, which gave me confidence that they knew what they were doing. I considered the price more than reasonable. The two guys that came out, when they said they would, were respectful and made sure the job was done to the highest of standards.
