I read an advert in The Canberra Times and rang the company for a quote. It was booked Monday 28 November between 1.00 to 4.00pm. Nobody appeared and no phone call so I and rang about 3 - left message. Rang again at 4.45pm and was told OK he is 45 minutes late! Man eventually turned up and said he had not been told to be here between 1 and 4. Gave us the quote which we accepted and advised it could probably done later that week and to ring in the next day and book a time. Was given Thursday 8 December between 8.30-9.00am and advised it would take 2 hours. At 9.15am as nobody had turned up I rang and was told the man had just quit! This has been a dreadful experience with this company. How they will stay in business with such poor customer service is beyond me.
Totally exceeded expectations, damaged rear bumper was looking factory fresh. They came on a Saturday and were finished within 2 hours. Also were almost $50 cheaper than their main competitor for same job quoted. Will defintitely call them again if I have to . 6/5 stars!
