When I moved into my rental house, the grass was non existent, just a dirty little mud patch...Then they come over to do an inspection & do not complement me on the fact that I have spent approx $50.00 on topping up the soil, stopping the run off soil from going under the fence into the neighbours yard or even planted approx 20-30 beautiful plants in a garden that was a dusty/mud pit with 1 single plant only when I moved in...Instead they tell me that I must trim the edges of the garden more often!!!
It was done 3 weeks ago when the rest of the lawn was done!
IT HAS BEEN RAINING NON STOP FOR 3 WEEKS ON MY ONE DAY OFF & IT WAS ONLY ABOUT 2 INCHES HIGHER THAN THE MAIN LAWN!
NOT ONE WINDOW WAS ABLE TO BE OPENED
It took my parents months to fix up, even having to replace a brand new stove.
