We rented a unit using this agency and it was a terrible experience. The office is run by all women who lack customer service skills. This office does not care about the tenants once you are locked into a lease. They have the owners best interest in mind at all times. May sound good if you're an owner, but in the end, we moved out because of this agency, so the owner loses out in the end. They were rude and short-tempered whenever we had questions. We had a bathroom light fixture missing the entire time with the wiring and bulb exposed. Nothing was done about it. Yet they had the audacity to comment how we should clean the toothpaste spots off the vanity when they did an inspection.
