Extremely unprofessional and unpleasant to deal with! Our rental agent insisted on on showing people through the premises earlier than the 28 days required in the Residential Tenancies Act prior to a contract expiry. When I politely asked for them to wait until the 28 days, they screamed at me and proceeded to abuse me over the phone. they are rude, aggressive and condescending. Continual allegations about \'late rent\' as they seemed to have difficulty adding up what has been paid and often forgets to follow up maintenance requests.

The frequency of inspections is also overkill. They insisted on carrying them out every three months throughout a two year lease, regardless of the fact that the premises were filthy when we moved in but we have kept them absolutely spotless.

If you\'re in the market as a landlord and you don\'t mind having your tenants treated unfairly, than this is the agent for you.

My investment property is being managed by a very approachable, knowledgeable and professional person. She clearly upholds the values of her employer keeping the process transparent and honest.
