I have had many problems with this real estate. one of which was when I discovered that the ground was very wet on the side of my house, It didn't look right so I rang the real estate when they advised me that it was nothing and not to worry about it. I rang them back when I got an extortionate water bill, after a long debate over why it was so dramatically different from my last one they reluctantly decided that they would send a plumber around when they discovered there was a leak in one of the water pipes. The real estate had many quotes from different plumbers and handyman to fix the pipe, all of which said it had been leaking for a while. After it eventually got fixed. I contacted the real estate again as it was not my fault that the pipe broke and that I should not be responsible for paying that amount and offered to pay what I payed for the previous bill, they became very aggressive and rude, it wasn't until I told them to contact the Tenancy ombudsman ...read more
