I just wanted to share that I have just had yet another great result at Profile Hair!
This time it was a mother and daughter experience, with my daughter getting her first foils with Melissa, whilst Emma done my usual cut and colour. We were treated so well, as always, with my young daughter being made to feel very grown up and special, and her hair has turned out absolutely beautiful! She is so happy with how everyone in the salon treated her, she has told me she won't ever be going anywhere else!
We are both very happy with how we look after our visit!
I would recommend Melissa and all the staff at Profile to anyone who wants a 5 star hair result without the celebrity price tag!
I would highly recommend Profile Hair Design! Before discovering Emma at Profile I had tried several other salons, and spent a small fortune on being disappointed with the results! I have really short hair, which means it needs an excellent cut, as no way of covering up someone's mistakes! I have been so happy with how Emma has cut it that last time I decided to go for a drastic colour change too! I went from dark brown to fabulous blonde, all in one painless move! I was talked through the whole transition, always made aware of what was being done, and the level of blonde achieved was incredible! I have wanted this for so long, and have often been told it wasn't possible or would be too expensive. I am so glad to have discovered Profile, all the staff are lovely, I am made feel welcome and like my custom is valued. Thank you for my fab new image!
I would just like to say I have been to Profile Hair Design on numerous occasions and have been thoroughly pleased every time. As well as the staff being very friendly the service I received was second to none. I was also amazed by the cost for the treatments I have received. I would highly recommend a visit to anyone who is after a top hair do at a competitive rate. Thank you to all the staff at Profile Hair Design and look forward to seeing you soon !
I thought I'd give profile hair design a go for the first time, I went in made my appointment and the staff all seemed friendly enough. I showed them a picture of exactly what colour I wanted and they agreed this could easily be done. I simply wanted to go from blonde to a light brown. I'm not fussy and have never had a problem with any other salon ever. I went in there with blonde hair and some regrowth and I left with the exact same colour blonde and regrowth and it only cost me $210. When I explained that it was not the colour I asked for (I specifically said I don't want it blonde any more)all the hair dresser had to say was maybe next time they could do better. So basically to darken my hair a couple shades it would cost around $400. I paid then went straight to another salon explained what had happened and they achieved the colour I asked for a fraction of the cost.
I had no problem at all. It's a fantastic salon and I would highly recommend it to anyone.
