Profiterole Patissiere

Great variety of cakes and the lady serving was really nice. Their cakes are beyond delicious. The profiterole is the best I have ever had! Yum yum yum!

WORST SERVICE/ CAKE EVER!!
I came in to order a chocolate cake for my child’s birthday... to my surprise when I came to pick it up it was covered in full fresh cream. When I questioned it…… they responded by saying "doesn’t your child eat fresh cream? What a joke! That's not the issue here, I paid $100 for a custom chocolate cake and you provided the opposite? Anyways, they took the cake to the back and scraped off all the fresh cream and handed it to me. It had remains of fresh cream all over it. Absolutely appalling.

I have purchased numerous cakes from this shop, there amazing and well priced - much better then anywhere else. I would much rather have a brilliant cake with not the best customer service then have a poor cake but great customer service. Would recommend this place for sure.

Anything custom made is 50% more expensive than doing it with a competitor.



Customer service is absolutely rubbish.
