I have had dealings Progressive Strata, as a tenant, and found their manner to be rude, aggressive and harassing. They might be ok if your an owner, but as a tenant they harass you with emails and letters and then if you tell them you feel harassed they simply write it off as stating they are just the messenger. They should rename themselves as AGGRESSIVE Strata, not Progressive Strata.
if you continue to break the by-laws of a building then they will be enforcing them. What you view as harassing is just you not following the rules. As an owner I have dealing with them they seem ok sometimes but have made errors regarding payments but I still do business with them and I find them to be accurate most of the time although I did have issues the company manger and I have sort of sorted it all out. They aren't any easier on the owners as if we don't pay on time they get aggressive with us to. so don't think we get special treatment. we have to pay for the laws that you should obey i.e if your neighbour makes noise at 2 am every morning we pay for the law and the progressive strata manger has to enforce the by-law to make sure you and everyone else gets a good night sleep.
