I have used Mal more than a dozen times for jobs for my clients, including full bathroom renovations, he is totally honest, a pleasure to deal with, and he would not overcharge anyone.

I got Malcolm out of the local paper, he was meant to be $88 p/hr.
The first time I was overcharged on the time spent on site and annoyed.
I had to get Malcolm back because he put the cold and hot the wrong way around and gave him another job but he did it again. He fixed his original blunder and then charged me $420 for 2.5hrs work and when I questioned that amount he went on to tell me that the copper fittings he was using were $25 each. After pricing them at Masters they were $2.50 each. When I asked for an invoice for the first and second job he only provided the second jobs on a piece of paper.
Malcolm was very polite and courteous and only accepted cash on both occasions.
I'll never use Malcolm again.

Greg came out to my house within a couple of hours of my phone call. He fitted a new water pressure restricter as I had been told by Logan City Council that it was faulty. Turned out it was a problem with water pressure into the property. Greg measured exactly what the pressure was reaching my property so I could tell council. He didn't charge me for the new restricter even though he had acquired it specifically for my job. He also did a good deal on labour. I was very impressed with his promptness and professionalism. Will use these guys again.

We have just completed a laundry reno and required the plumbing to be moved. Malcolm did an A1 job even though the area he was working in was not ideal. Great communication, fantastic job and a nice price. An absolute pleasure to deal with. Will highly recommend to family and friends.

We just had a new hot water system fitted by Malcolm and his service and efficiency are fantastic. He put in alot of effort to follow up the job and make sure we got what we needed. An absolute pleasure to deal.
