My fiance and I had been searching for a house to call our own for quite some time. We were spending every weekend going to open homes seeing places we liked but couldn't afford. It was quite tiring and we had given up until a neighbour had told us about propertybuyer. We hadn't heard of them before but thought we would give them a go. We met with Matt and he reassured us that he would do everything in his power to find something in our Price range. Matt actually found us a home to call ours and he was under budget by $60,000. We couldn't be happier. We were kept up to date along the way. We highly recommend Matt and propertybuyer to find you your home. He did everything from start to finish.
SImply placed- great at selling their service, i stated needed help with The Hills area Glenwood, Rouse Hill and we then get a call from a agent whom represents the Parramatta region? I emailed back stating why do you advertise you know the Hills area and yet send me a agent for Parramatta and gave them a detailed review of the issue. They want out $18K to buy a place but yet advertise a service they are not providing, no apology for sending the wrong agent to us and in short no response to even my email. So if you cant be bothered to send the right representative, respond to a email how are you bothered to look for a place for us that had every detail you required... Save your money and speak to agents selling in the area you will be $18,000+ better off. A flashy website does little for customer service!!

We regularly service the area that you require, but the key Buyers' Agent that services that area had undergone a major surgery and was out of action for 2 months as was explained by our Client Relations Manager via email. We then arranged for one of our other Buyers' Agents to discuss your requirements in more detail as you indicated that you were willing to listen to other options in addition to your specific criteria. I now reside in one of the best locations in Sydney thanks to propertybuyer. Mosman is a tightly held suburb and the price variation is quite remarkable.
