Protector Autoglass

My car was sent here to have one panel fixed for a minor problem with the clear coat. I was told 3 days to fix it- 5 days later I get a call to pick the car up. They didnt tell me however that their workers had damaged a DIFFERENT panel of the car. It was noticeable and whoever did the damage would have known about it. They did not alert me to this damage not attempt to fix it. When I got the car home I noticed the scratches and phoned the company. I was told to bring the car back and it would be fixed. While trying to fix the scratches, clear coat was removed. I was told that next week I would get a call and I would be given a loan car. The phone call did not come. 1 week later still no call.
