My Husband purchased a Gold Diamond Ring from Prouds Jewellers at Helensvale on the Gold Coast for my Birthday in Nov 2014, it was around $240 and discounted 50% for Christmas and he purchased it for $119.90 and that it could be altered to suit my size "No mention of fee for re-sizing, he brought it home to see the fit size and returned it to Prouds to have it re-adjusted and they tried to charge a further $65 for the re-size and he challenged them that there was absolutely no Notice or publicity that there was a charge and they eventually agreed to re-size at not cost, after about a week to 10 days they came back to him to advise that the particular ring could not be re-sized, and not to loose a sale they came back with an offer on a more expensive Ring at $399 and would give this to him at half its cost because of the inconvenience and he was please with their offer but advised him that due to the Christmas break it would take 4-6 weeks to have the re-sizing done ...read more

I went to your store at nepean square store at penrith today to have my 3 rings clean and polised which i gave your staff 3 rings told it take about 5 min so i gave staff my ring to do at the glass counted ,went outside and wait ,go back to get my ring staff come and give me only 2 ring back .So I said there was 3 ring but the staff come back at me saying I only gave 2 rings I try to tell the staff I go no where without my rings then another staff come to ask me for my phone no will ring if they fine .so I left your store very upset ,came home to ring your office to report this was walking into my front door my mobile ring it was your store staff on to tell me that they found my ring so I go back to store .the staff try to tell me that they found my ring on another counted then another tell me someone pick up my ring and put it on the counted u and i know that is not true as this ring is white gold enterny ring with 6 diamonds in it .over the years I have bought all my jellewery from ...read more
