DO NOT SHOP HERE! no matter what, do not waste your time. My girlfriend found a ring that she loved from Prouds, but the service we got was so rude! after a while, we decided not to purchase from them because of the appalling service we received, all they wanted was a quick sale, they were telling us what we wanted and how we feel about the product and making us feel stupid for asking about resizing because the ring "fit perfectly" however the ring just slipped off easily. they also wouldn't let us have at least 7 days for change of mind, we wanted to purchase it and get it valued because they claimed the ring was $3000 and we got 50% off which I did not believe because we found another ring pretty much exactly the same for $1200 rrp. I won't be suprised if they go out of business soon given the way they treat their customers.
