Proud in Stockland give very bad service. I bought a watch only 3 weeks old and water get inside when I wash my hand. They said it's not water resistant you can't touch any water so I told me leave it there so they can send for service. I came back to the shop after 2 months waiting, they told me haven't sent for service because no warranty card. Very disappointed cause they can contact me with my phone number provide. I took my watch back then find out my watch can splash with water. So they lied to me. Dont want to give service. Dont want take responsible for it. Very bad service...

I went into the Aitkenvale store yesterday. The first time my mum and I entered the store no one asked if they could assist us although there were 3 unoccupied staff. We left the store and because we couldn't find what we wanted at other shops decided to come back and try again. When my mum asked a staff if they had a specific watch their response was 'you'll need to go outside and have a look in window for yourself'. I then asked staff if they had a watch in a certain price range and was told by them 'I have no idea, you'll have to go and look for yourself'. Staff then stayed in the shop and offered no further assistance. There were no other customers in the shop and 3 available staff and no one could help us? This is the level of service you get here! 3 months earlier I had similar experience in this shop with bad customer service when looking for a christening cross and no one wanted to help us.
