WARNING!!! Please be aware that this franchise does not do refunds, even within a 12 hour period. I bought my wife a $150 item, turns out she didn't like it, the best the store manager Donna would do is a gift card. When I called their State Office I spoke with Helen 3 times (each time I was told I would be called back, this did not happen, I needed to call back each time) before I was told this is their policy and that I simply could not have a refund. So Buyers BEWARE, I'm amazed that such a large brand would be so petty, understand that I will not purchase from this brand again

Excellent store. Always have great specials. Very helpful staff who are always willing to negotiate a good price. Can be busy, especially when there are sales on.
