Too bad I can't enter a negative star review, because that has been my experience. Fair enough that a mass produced item could be faulty -I understand that-but to be excessively rude and offensive is uncalled for, and this was from the management. The worst experience of shopping in the Highlands ever.
Couldn't agree more customer service and refund policy are appalling. Bought earrings for my wife for mothers day. She realised wouldnt fit her recently pieced ears before trying them on, so i tried returning them. No refunds only credit or exchange. At this point i had the exchange policy rammed down my throat and was told rudely to look at the signage on the register and above the counter by the so called manager. I explained that neither were pointed out at time of sale and that the one above the counter was covered by a reflecting light and not readable or easily seen. The one on the cash register is small and faces down a counter and not into the store and again is hard to see. I don't think there's enough negatives to describe the poor customer service that i received. Once they have your money its gone so be very careful of what you buy. It has destroyed the joy of gift giving because if you get it wrong you will be punished.
