We stayed in one of the luxury suites at Provenance for the degustation dinner and breakfast package. The accommodation is wonderful - tasteful and well designed. There is a double rain shower and the spa bath is of generous proportions; an ideal place to enjoy the complimentary bottle of prosecco. The degustation dinner was incredible - six courses with matched wines. I don't think I have ever experienced such pleasure from food. Quality produce with bursts of flavour. It is modern cuisine with a japanese influence. Breakfast the next morning was lovely too. A simple cooked breakfast with an array of berries and cereals on offer as well. The home made croissants must be tried; perfect! Quite likely the best coffee I have had anywhere as well. An amazing culinary experience!
