Probably the worst customer service experience I have ever had. The receptionist has horrible customer service, is clearly not a happy person. The facilities are not that nice, the MRI machines are much louder then other imaging services I have used. I strongly do not recommend. Just look at the other reviews.

I could not believe how badly I was treated at this place when I arrived for a simple MRI. The reception staff where extremely rude of my reasons for conducting the tests and made me feel very awkward in a room full of people waiting. There was no customer service at all and had I not been desperate for the scan I would have walked right out. The rudeness was totally unnecessary and I will never be returning.

I have used your site to find PRPxray, to take my elderly mother for a CT csan and for me to have an xray The staff were so friendly! The reception ladies helped us fill in forms and kept us informed as to how long before our tests. Mum even got a cup of tea after her scan! I have to go back for more xrays and am confident I will be well looked after. It looks like a very happy place to work and they are very good at looking after more difficult people.

I have recently been a patient at PRP and was most impressed by the personal and caring attention I received at a very difficult and worrying time. The service from beginning to end filled me with confidence and I will always return to PRP for any future imaging. My thanks to everyone at PRP for their help and attention to detail.
