Warning!! Keep clear !!! Don't even bother making an appointment! I have had to wait nearly an hour for any appointments there, some doctors don't speak fluent English, and the atmosphere is horrible. I have also been called back in to get some "conerning" test results, waited an hour for my scheduled appt just to find out that the doctor had ticked the wrong box and my results were actually clear. Needless to say, I have vowed to never return!!!!
receptionists get this one star, for the others....nothing. We were kept waiting for over half an hour, then our doctor didn't seem to want us there. The doctor didn't listen, didn't communicate or take us seriously. We were in the office for all of 5 minutes. I would recommend paying more and getting a better doctor.
My experience has been great!! I have seen few doctors in the surgery over the last couple of years and always been treated very well. They are knowledgeable and very resourceful; always tried to accommodate me even without an appointment in case of an emergency. They can get very busy at times as they look after lots of trauma and injuries. Opening hours are a rare find in the industry; I believe they stay open until 9 pm.
There's a doctor very impatient. On both of my consultation with him, before I can finish my explanation, he's already writing up report, saying bye bye. Try to avoid him.
HI can you remember the name. because I am wondering if it is the same one I have had trouble with in the past.?
One day i had made two appointments. I had a 10.20 am which i waited 45minutes then i had to cancel/leave to attend another appointment. Then i made another one for 1.20pm for which i waited 1 and a half hours then i had to leave to pick up my kids from school. To say i was livid is understatement !!!watching all these people go through before me. I am a reasonable person who can accept a wait of half an hour to an hour. I did the right thing and made an appointment, what's the point.I then told the staff about and they gave me patronising/half hearted apologie.I tried to see the same doctor that i had seen the week before as to not sit there and explain myself again.Totally disgusted!!!!!!
