Public Transport Victoria

Promoting Victoria's public transport system, i really think this office needs a bit more work and improvement. Staff are like robots, sitting at the desk and processing. When dealing with a customer's enquiry they dont seem enthusiastic or excited to talk about Melbourne and how to get to certain locations or icons in Melbourne. Located at the main point of Melbourne where traffic for tourism and tourist is extremely high because at Southern Cross Station you have the sky bus from the airport coming every 10mins and you have people who travel in the vline coming from the country also every 10mins but the service and quality at this PT office is pretty dead. It just seems like they are only there to sell myki cards and nothing more.
