Very disappointed. We booked today during their busy time and they agreed to fit us in for our little dog to get a quick trim. We asked for a quick facial trim, wash and blow dry because they were busy. Which we were appreciative... Until we finally got our dog, someone other than the person went in to get her after she was done, the receptionist girl just HANDED THE DOG OVER without asking if it was even OUR dog.... She was a little shaky and upset, so we put her inside the car inside her booster seat and she stunk... Obviously not washed and if so they did an appalling job as our dogs odor was 10 times worse than taking her there. Which makes me believe she was never washed at all. Then further inspections we noticed a big line a shaver as made by obviously slipping near her EYE. Then it all started to make sense why she was so visibly shaky and upset. Had my dog grromed there last week, went to brush her over a couple of days later, knots all around her colla and r in her feet, her bottom was not shaved like i asked, she is a lhasa apso so needs grroming regularly. Had to brush her out cut all the knots out, and bath her. Didnt appear to have been bathed either as the water was dirty ( she is a inside dog) and her hair had white powder through it. Really annoyed $55 and they did the worst grrom she has ever had. Will never be back!! not worth $10 as im sure they didnt bath her!!
Have been here before and they have done a great job. Went on Thursday and poor Ollie looked dreadful. Very uneven, I called and they said bring him back which I did. They fixed him up but the attitude of the girl was dreadful. Very rude and even said how difficult it is to get their coats even. They did the right thing by saying bring him back then customer service went out the window by a staff member who was totally rude. Will think about going back as they did fix his coat, and not all the staff are rude. Sad how one staff member can wreck a business
