I ended up endings my lease with this company through mutual agreement after living in the house 8 months, 4 months before my lease was up. The stress and drama was incredible with them only concerned about the owner’s rights.
Years before I moved into this house there was a major leak in the bathroom which the property owner fixed as cheaply as she could.
