We have just moved back to the area after a year ... the food standards have clearly slipped! I used to order once a fortnight at least but will never use them again after tonight ... the delivery was earlier than asked for which could be seen as a good thing ... not when your playing games with your mates and you have to get out of an online match ! Rude ! The food was $50 and the portion sizes were tiny ... i paid $17 for a tandoori platter but got 4 pieced of cold meat ... 2 sticks of something and 2 prawns in mushy old looking batter ... the butter chicken was freezing, rice uncooked and naans aslo cold !

three hours to wait for our home delivery meal then they can't complete the full order!!! they told us the driver had turnt back there and five mins later we get a phone call from the driver saying was broken down on the side of the road, so we ring them back puzzled that we were told one thing and then another, the staff on the phone had a sad attempt of covering the mouth piece asking the driver what did u say to them??!! We were offered no discount nothing and after all that they are refused to bring what they owe us back, they wanted to bring it back the next day or put it in our bank accounts and my partner said to them "no after everything we went through tonight we want it tonight" finally around 1130pm they brought us our money back, and the management refused to speak with us on the phone. although my meal was lovely I doubt I will ever buy from them again!!!!
Although the curries and food are usually of a fairly high standard generally, the service is usually quite bad. They have staff who know nothing about Indian food and you have to repeat yourself just to get a dish that is on the menu. They put so much cheese on the naans that your hands are left very greasy, and then you have to ask for a napkin, because invariably they have forgotten to put one on your table.
