I've eaten curry since I was weaned, in curry houses around the world. The Punjab Curry Club is right up there with the best of them. Their food is delicious and authentic. Meat and vegetables fresh and very tasty sauces. Love their wide selection of naan breads too. And they are generous with their servings. Reasonably priced - you will probably have leftovers for a second meal. Haven't tried the inhouse restaurant yet - only home delivery, which is very handy, on time and always hot. Quite simply my favourtie curry restaurant in the world. We are so lucky to have them in Ipswich.
Incredibly disappointing. How anyone can let food like this leave their kitchen is beyond me. I would be ashamed to serve this, what they call curry. I had the butter chicken (medium) it and tasted like tomato soup with loads of sugar. Not to mention the water that seemed to accumulate on the bottom of my plate, where did that come from? Not he mention the chicken, it was dry and had no actual taste of chicken. Overall, I'm please that I didn't have to pay for it as someone else purchased for me. :) My advise, avoid until they do something about their food.
I think the food here is amazing I've been to nearly all the Indian restaurants in ipswich and this one is the best . The butter chicken is the best I've tried in Australia yum!
