Puppy Palace Pet Shop & Grooming

My dogs are great and smell so good after the grooming. This is the first time we tried here and I wanted to booked again next time. Very caring staff and reasonable price.

I purchased my Maltese cross puppy from Puppy Palace a couple of months ago and the entire experience was very positive. The staff were very professional and so informative on the continued care of the puppy. We have picked up our dear Gracie Maltese Cross purchased from Puppy Palace from the airport last night in Tasmania and got home at midnight…. She is adorable and so cuddly and full of life. She ate some tea, ate her breakfast and used her pet pads.
She slept on the bed all night and didn’t even wake up snuggled up to my neck.

We would like to thank you and your staff for your excellent service and professionalism and all the arrangements you have made to get Gracie to us. Thank you so much. everything you need to know was included with the purchase even food to keep her going until we could purchase the correct food.

Gracie is going to give us joy back to our life now after the loss of our dear jack.

We lost our little family member a while ago now, and its taken us a long time to decide if we should get another. After only ever having had rescue pets, we were skeptical about starting from scratch with a new puppy & dealing with a store.
We came to Puppy Palace for nothing more then just a browse, to see what kind of vibe we got, and were pleasently surprised. There were a few different types of pups in store, and they all looked happy and in good health with clean cages & fresh water. The store was clean & smelt fresh, and had quite an extensive range of products. There was a lady on at the time who greeted us politley & answered any questions we had in regards to the breeds in store, and also mentioned a few breeds that were coming up that may suit our lifestyle & characteristics we were looking for in a puppy. I bought a Maltese x Shih Tzu from here 2 weeks ago. He was all normal but after 9 days started having terrible seizures and is clearly suffering from epilepsy.
I called the store and spoke with the owner and the way she handled everything has been first class. The owner called me and talked me through all the different scenarios and responsibilities of either keeping or replacing. My biggest concern was not knowing where the poor little bloke would end up, but I was assured he would be looked after. There is no way that the store could have known of his condition before we bought him (this was verified by 2 independent vets). I was offered a full refund or another puppy from a different litter.
