Puppyworld

Looking for a puppy after our palliative dog passed away from mast cell tumour complications. Our first stop was puppy world and we returned for our beloved COBY. My negitive response was returning for a loved toy I couldn’t find anywhere else and I was approached by some rudeness from the assistant.

They provide absolutely zero information as to the puppies' breeders or parents. Which begs the question, why then when you're offering over a thousand dollars to them would they turn you away for the sake of some photos or basic breeder information? They showed no regard for pairing the puppies with suitable owners and pushed each time for the most expensive one. Then the workers there were unable to provide us any information on the breed, and demonstrated a complete lack of understanding of the breeds time and time again. Unfortunately my experiences with Puppyworld have not been so positive. Last year I purchased 2 labrador puppies that have had significant health issues soon after purchase. I would recommend people purchase pedigree dogs from breeders

I was disgusted in the sevice from puppworld as soon as i bought my pup. They cancelled bookings and were very rude to talk to on the phone. Puppy is great but will never recommend this place.
