Pure B Hair Extensions and Salon

Really unimpressed with this place. Went in for a grey balayage (with photo reference), and instead they gave me blue streaks. I was there for four hours, but it looked as though I had done it myself, and there was absolutely no gradient or balayage effect. Upon consult with a different salon, I found out the dye/toner used was completely wrong for my hair type and was always going to have the blue grab.
I wasn't comfortable going back to them as I didnt feel they understood what I wanted, but when I asked for a refund they refused, saying all they would offer was to "fix" it for free.
Wont be recommending to anyone.
