Paddy offers Royal Thai massage techniques combined with traditional relaxation therapy - it is soooooo good. Each time just gets better, and the aches and pains just melt away. As a regular treatment, my overall flexiblity has improved remarkably. Lovely treatment from a lovely person.

I have been seeing Rahel for about a year. She is amazing. I went to her on a recommendation after seeing many allied health providers without success. My back is now 100% She gave me exercises to use to keep core strength and now I attend every 6-8 weeks for maintenance. I enjoy having the tension removed from my shoulders and neck too. 10 out of 10 for Rahel. You rock! P.S I also use my private health insurance as I have extras and I can make the claim right there and then and only pay the difference.
