Pure Heating & Cooling

Ducted heating is not working, installed by the same company from previous owner. Called to ask if they were available and was told they were booked out but they will check if anyone will be available . I requested that they call back to to confirm if they will come and confirmed that cost will be $140 for servic charge. When I didn't get a call, I called back after 10 minutes and requested that they don't come as no one will be available at home before 2pm. I got a call before 5pm that someone jumped the fence and rebooted the switch board and now heater is working. Owner was rude when I expressed my concerns that they entered the property without permission and even when I requested that they don't come. Got the invoice today and it's $160 when They confirmed multiple times that it's $140.

Well the reviews from others speaks for itself!!! I had ducted heating installed from them too, ductwork installed incorrectly, all going around corners, over the top of other ducts, up & down, instead of straight, restricting airflow/heat, we freezed for 3 winters, after 18 months of calling to come & fix???? Always excuses, someone installed the ductwork & unit, was never checked????Ducts were pulled up tight to vents on an angle, restricting heat/airflow???? Cracked plaster ceiling around vents, plastic return air grate in my ceiling blowing cold air????? Absolutely disgusting workmanship!!!! Took my money & ran, didn't want to know, anyway another company in Werribee came to the rescue! Thanks so much for replaceIng ductwork where needed, a new metal return air grate WITH a filter which has been put in the lower part of my hallway wall, broom cupboard sealed off for return air duct, ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!!!! Had cooling installed - doesn't work properly and no follow up service after numerous calls to ensure a working system and happy customer. $11k down the drain...
