Pure Luxury has the best customer service, clean, and professional. I have had a number of treatments and Lynn was very experienced and explained all treatments before starting. My results have been amazing and the prices were great. I would recommend Pure Luxury to everyone.
I am very impressed by the professionalism I experienced at pure luxury medi spa. I originally had to change my appointments around and the receptionists were more than happy to help. The consultation I had with Lynne was very informative and she made sure I had no questions unanswered before going ahead with the procedure. She then offered a free follow up 2 weeks later to check my pprogress....not many places care for their clients like this. Overall I am extremely happy with the warm welcome and service I received. And the prices were very reasonable. Will definitely be back again.

Like other reviews I would give it zero if I could. Staff member was extremely rude and pushy. I left with products I didn't want or need after a 30 minute lecture that my skin regime was all wrong (even though it was working for me). These product made my skin so much worse and her customer service was revolting! I will never go back here and would never recommend this place to anyone.
Hi Missmk. We are devastated that this has happened to you. Please give us a call as we would like to rectify the problem. If you are reacting to the products then we give a money back guarantee also. The Dr would also like to know about your issue. We dont like for our clients to have any issues and I sincerely apologies that this has happened to you. Please call us so we can at least sort out your problem with the products. I am so happy that my friend recommend Lyn and her team, she had amazing results and I hoped to be the same. I had a 5 IPL treatments to my face for broken capillaries on my cheeks, they were so bad not even thick makeup would hide them. However after completing my recommend treatment, there are NO signs of the capillaries, redness and my face has a clear smooth look.
I was so happy with the results I am now undergoing IPL in conjunction with skin needling on my neck and colletage for badly damaged skin that shows up in photos as bright red. I have been very self conscious about this for years but after only the second treatment I can see favourable results that other people have noticed as well.
I highly recommend Lyn and the other staff. Their treatments have worked for me.
