Eating well and excercising are the first steps to great health, but it's very easy to forget that our environmental, hygiene routine and exterior factors play a large role in our health also. We believe not only that "you are what you eat" but we also believe "You become what you wear". Any product that is placed upon the skin is immediately absorbed and enters the blood stream. Don't believe us? Try rubbing crushed garlic on the soles of your feet, then about 10-15 mins later you breath will smell of garlic. Ingredients that are not recognised as edible may not seem so appealing to rub into your body now that you you are aware...

The term "natural" is thrown about way too often describing ingredients that "Once upon a time" were from our earth. After being heated, crushed, blended with other chemicals etc they are now as good for the skin as chemical laden products (which ain't so good at all). The difference is that this "Natural" product is now in disguise.

We'll be adding new products all the time so keep checking or feel free to let us know if there is something you'd like or any recommendations and we will do our best to accommodate you or at least point you in the direction of where else you may be able to source it.
